About Me
I’m Mike Paffenback. Born and raised in New England, and degreed by Auburn University.
Since 1981, I’ve been in the advertising agency biz working with companies large to small, local to international, and well-known to well, not-so-much. Through the years I’ve come to appreciate how great brands develop as a result of the way companies perform in delivering their brand touch points: those significant and insignificant, known and unknown interactions that take place every minute of every day with customers, prospects, and influencers. They’re a big deal because they, alone, can drive business in or away forever.
