I’m Mike Paffenback. Born and raised in New England, and degreed by Auburn University.
I spent the first 25 years of my career in the advertising agency biz working with companies large to small, local to international, and well-known to well, not-so-much. During that time I came to appreciate how great brands develop as a direct result of the way companies deliver their brand touchpoints: those significant and insignificant, and known and unknown interactions that take place every minute of every day with customers, prospects, and influencers. They’re a big deal because they, alone, can drive business in or away forever.
